Integrations & migration
Bring active leads in, keep consultations synchronized, and pass operational updates to the systems your firm still needs. Every path below is a current capability—not a future integration logo.
The product tour uses fictional data and requires no account or card.
A practical fit map
ClaimVela does not need to become every system your firm uses. It can own the lead-to-retained workflow while deliberate connection points handle arrival, scheduling, and handoff.
Publish a ClaimVela intake, review a CSV migration, or send structured lead data through a private endpoint.
Track response ownership, organize PI facts, coordinate attorney review, and preserve the history through consultation and handoff.
Keep calendars current, send privacy-minimized operational events, or export firm records for an authorized handoff.
Current capability map
Each route includes its operating boundary so your team can assess fit before putting client or firm data into a workflow.
Into ClaimVela
AvailableOwners and administrators can map and preview up to 500 lead rows at a time. ClaimVela validates values and skips exact email or phone duplicates before the import is committed.
Boundary: The CSV path covers lead fields—not uploaded documents or a complete historical matter archive.
Into ClaimVela
AvailableA firm can create a source-specific bearer credential and accept structured lead data with an idempotency key, validation, duplicate handling, and rate limits.
Boundary: Generic HTTP workflows in tools such as Zapier or Make can call the endpoint. This is not a claim of an official marketplace app.
Calendar
Configuration requiredA per-user, one-way Google Calendar connection can create, reschedule, and cancel assigned consultations in that user's primary calendar. A separate read-only private feed supports Google, Outlook, and Apple calendar apps.
Boundary: The private feed covers assigned consultations and open assigned case deadlines. Calendar titles use intake or case numbers rather than client names, injuries, notes, or deadline descriptions.
Out of ClaimVela
AvailableHTTPS webhooks can notify an authorized downstream workflow when a lead, consultation, or case reaches a supported operational event. Deliveries are signed and retried on a bounded schedule.
Boundary: This is an event notification, not two-way record sync. The payload is limited to identifiers, status, activity, and a ClaimVela record path—not client facts, messages, or documents.
Out of ClaimVela
AvailableOwners and administrators can download a human-readable JSON archive of ClaimVela records and audit data for portability and review.
Boundary: Uploaded-file metadata is included in the archive; file binaries remain separate authorized downloads, and infrastructure secrets are excluded.
Rollout path
A focused rollout makes it easier to verify ownership, data movement, and staff adoption before widening the scope.
Choose a website form, campaign, referral channel, or reviewed CSV cohort. Test the route first with fictional data.
Decide whether ClaimVela ends at retained handoff or continues into its retained-case workspace. Keep other systems authoritative where needed.
Add calendar sync, a private feed, signed events, or export only when a named owner and downstream purpose are clear.
Confirm duplicate handling, permissions, event contents, staff ownership, and export requirements before adding another source or team.
Not claimed
ClaimVela does not claim a one-click native connector to every case-management, CRM, advertising, document, accounting, or litigation platform. Unless a named native connection is shown in the product, plan around the reviewed CSV, private endpoint, signed webhook, calendar, and export paths described on this page.
Frequently asked questions
No. ClaimVela is strongest from first inquiry through retained-matter handoff and also includes a practical retained-case workspace. A firm can begin with intake while its existing case-management, accounting, document, or litigation systems continue operating.
The current guided CSV importer is designed for active lead records, with mapping, validation, and duplicate review. It is not represented as a full-fidelity migration of every document, message, note, billing record, or historical matter from another platform.
ClaimVela provides a private HTTP lead endpoint and signed HTTPS webhooks that can be used in generic workflows built with tools such as Zapier or Make. ClaimVela does not currently claim an official marketplace-listed app for either service.
Supported events contain operational identifiers, status, activity, timing, and a path back to the authorized ClaimVela record. They are designed not to include client facts, messages, or documents, and they notify a downstream workflow rather than providing two-way record synchronization.
